Netsuite & EDI Systems Analyst

WondercideRound Rock, TX

About The Position

At Wondercide, we're on a mission to protect pets, people, and homes—without compromising on safety or effectiveness. We're a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand, and the systems behind our operations matter just as much as the products on the shelf. We're looking for a NetSuite & EDI Systems Analyst who loves being close to the business and takes real ownership of the systems that keep things moving. This is a newly created role—built in direct response to Wondercide's continued growth—and it sits at the intersection of Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. You'll be the go-to person for our NetSuite reporting and data integrity, and you'll own our EDI operations through SPS Commerce—managing trading partner connections, coordinating with SPS support, and keeping orders flowing accurately from customer to fulfillment. This role is critical to ensuring our systems stay reliable, our data stays clean, and our teams can do their best work.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience supporting NetSuite or a comparable ERP system (NetSuite experience preferred; strong EDI experience can offset)
  • Hands-on experience with EDI platforms and trading partner integrations—SPS Commerce experience is a strong plus
  • Comfort building saved searches, custom reports, and SuiteAnalytics queries in NetSuite
  • Working knowledge of supply chain, order-to-cash, and how transactions flow through to Finance—enough to know that small changes can have big downstream implications
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities across teams
  • A calm, solutions-oriented mindset—especially when things get urgent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in CPG, manufacturing, retail, or operations-heavy environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain saved searches, custom reports, and SuiteAnalytics dashboards that give the business clear visibility into operations
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for NetSuite questions, working closely with the IT Director to submit and follow through on configuration requests to our managed service provider (MSP)
  • Own the accuracy and governance of key master data—items, customers, vendors, pricing, and cross-references (XRef)—ensuring data stays reliable from creation through the full lifecycle
  • Support testing and validation of NetSuite configuration changes to ensure updates don't disrupt business operations
  • Own day-to-day EDI operations through SPS Commerce—monitoring transactions, managing trading partner configurations, and serving as the primary liaison between SPS support and our retail and distributor partners
  • Lead trading partner onboarding and setup, including the unique configurations each customer requires (transaction types, item identifiers, compliance requirements such as GTIN-14, etc.)
  • Triage and resolve EDI issues quickly—850/855/856/810—with minimal disruption to order flow and fulfillment
  • Monitor EDI performance and data quality metrics — including error rates and order failures — and flag issues before they impact fulfillment
  • Act as the first line of response for NetSuite and EDI issues—triaging requests, resolving what you can, and escalating thoughtfully when needed
  • Partner with Operations (your primary internal team), Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve time-sensitive issues and support day-to-day workflows
  • Proactively monitor systems and surface risks or inefficiencies before they become bigger problems
  • Develop user guides and runbooks that help internal teams work smarter and reduce recurring support requests

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skill set
  • Comprehensive benefits including health coverage, PTO, and 401(k)
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team that genuinely cares about what we're building
