About The Position

IPolarity LLC is hiring a .NET Support Lead to provide production and application support for critical Hedge Fund applications for a financial services client. The role focuses on SS&C Geneva and .NET applications built with C#, SQL Server, and related technologies. The position is onsite in Jersey City, New Jersey, four days per week, and calls for 10+ years of overall IT experience. Compensation is $50.00 per hour.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Expertise in SQL Server.
• Solid application or production support experience in .NET environments.
• Working knowledge of Linux.
• Exposure to AI-assisted tools such as Windsurf, Devin, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SS&C Geneva or Hedge Fund applications.
• Financial Services or Capital Markets domain experience.
• Exposure to MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and application support for Hedge Fund applications, primarily SS&C Geneva.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and database issues.
• Support .NET applications built using C#, SQL Server, and related technologies.
• Monitor application stability, availability, and performance.
• Collaborate with global business and technology teams.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis, and implement system improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve support and troubleshooting efficiency.
