About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to support enterprise-level applications through a comprehensive suite of data collection and reporting tools. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong background in .NET technologies, DevOps practices, application security, and process automation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions while helping advance development and deployment standards across the organization. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement modern DevOps processes that improve software delivery efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities include leading CI/CD initiatives, automating build and deployment workflows, enhancing testing practices, and implementing tools that strengthen code quality and security. You will also help centralize source control processes, optimize branching and release strategies, and proactively address technical debt to improve long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, and DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise. A strong understanding of secure coding practices, automated testing methodologies, and enterprise software development standards is essential. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical applications while driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core development
- 8 years of experience implementing security practices, including secure coding, static code analysis, and data protection/encryption
- 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
- 5 years of experience with automated testing, documentation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and gated deployments
- 8 years of experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- 4 years of experience using code quality and security scanning tools
- 5 years of experience with code branching, merging, and release process optimization
