About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a .NET Developer position for our client. This is a 12-month contract role located in Indianapolis, IN. The developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This includes designing and implementing application solutions, developing and optimizing SQL queries and database solutions, and working with data integration and ETL processes. The role also involves developing and supporting data solutions utilizing AWS, Snowflake, Snowpark, and PySpark, as well as writing and maintaining scripts and applications using Python, Java, and Unix technologies. The developer will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with various teams throughout the software development lifecycle, and participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing application support. Adherence to established development standards, security practices, and change management processes is expected.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python, Java, Unix, Snowpark, and/or PySpark is highly desirable.
Experience working in a corporate application development environment preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
