Serve as Medical Director for the Yakima NICU. This role comes with a $35,000 annual leadership stipend and provides the chance to guide a vital regional program serving rural families across South Central Washington. The Medical Director will maintain a full complement of core Neonatology clinical duties while also providing administrative and strategic leadership to support the growth and stability of the practice. MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital (MYMH) is home to a 15-bed Level IIIA NICU serving as the regional perinatal center for Yakima County and several surrounding counties. It is the only Level III NICU within a 70‑mile radius, providing indispensable support to multiple rural and critical access hospitals. 2500 deliveries annually ADC of about 5 patients Currently offering conventional mechanical ventilation and bubble CPAP Speech/Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists provide consultation, neurodevelopmental assessments, and recommendations for developmentally supportive therapies.
