About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a stable, well-respected team within a Level III NICU, offering a high degree of clinical autonomy supported by a culture of professional collegiality and the robust resources of the Ascension Saint Agnes health network. Join an established team of 4 physicians. Practice setting: Level III NICU. Employed position within a nonprofit health system. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Certification. Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration. Provide expert clinical interventions for neonates in the NICU and Well-Baby nurseries, ensuring every infant receives high-level, compassionate direct care. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to provide expert consultations for Obstetric and Pediatric partners, ensuring seamless care transitions for complex neonatal patients.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Master's degree of Nursing required.

Nice To Haves

• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
