Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing practice in the beautiful coastal community of Newport News, Virginia. Opportunity Highlights Level IIIA NICU currently features 7 beds with newborn nursery coverage State of the art 13 bed NICU opening in 2028, supporting continued program growth and enhanced patient care Planned expansion to a 13-bed NICU, supporting continued program growth and enhanced patient care Collaborative team of 3 neonatologists and 2 NNPs Regional partnership with the Richmond Commonwealth Neonatology Practice Work alongside 12 neonatologists and 18 advanced practice providers across a 5-hospital network Primarily 24-hour shifts that provide schedule flexibility and work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth within a respected national organization Competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
Requirements
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
Responsibilities
- Level IIIA NICU currently features 7 beds with newborn nursery coverage
