About The Position

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for a per-diem position at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Level III unit has an average daily census of 8–10 and approximately 2,000 annual deliveries. The facility has 24/7 NNP coverage, with on-site MFM and OB hospitalist support. Halifax Medical Center participates in VON and Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative initiatives. The NNP will join the NICU and newborn nursery team in its quality and evidence-based neonatal initiatives.

Requirements

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master’s degree.
• Florida license required.
• Certified NNP with recent post-graduate experience required.
