About The Position

Seeking Full time (1.0 FTE) but will consider a lower FTE. Join our team at Children's Minnesota as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) and collaborate with our Neonatologists to provide exceptional care for high-risk newborns. As an NNP, you will play a crucial role in managing the medical needs of critically ill infants, utilizing your expertise and evaluative tools to ensure the best outcomes. Our neonatal services program offers comprehensive care through our Levels IV, III, II, and step-down care units, with a combined bed capacity of 171 across our Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses. This program is a collaborative effort between Allina's fetal and maternal services and Children's neonatal and pediatric care. We are the fourth-largest neonatal program in the U.S. Our team of 20+ neonatologists, 60+ neonatal nurse practitioners and 500+ nurses and support staff provide care for more than 1,900 neonatal visits per year. Requirements

  • Current MN RN License.
  • Current MN APRN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Current NRP.
  • Completed advanced training program and is certified by NCC as a neonatal nurse practitioner.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years level III NNP experience preferred.
