Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
The University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center, a member of the University of Maryland Medical System, is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant to join the NICU team in Towson, Maryland. This position will focus on providing the highest quality care to high-risk infants in a Level III B NICU. The successful candidate will have completed an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program and will have, or be eligible for, a Maryland NPI license. Physician Assistant candidates must have 1-2 years of NICU experience to be considered. SJMC is a CMS 5-Star, Leapfrog Grade ‘A’ hospital and ranked the #1 community hospital in Maryland by the U.S. News and World Report. Requirements
- Completed an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program
- Have, or be eligible for, a Maryland NNP license
- Physician Assistant candidates must have 1-2 years of NICU experience
- Master’s Degree
- Neonatal Registered Nurse Practitioner certification
