ACC Premiere is hiring Wisconsin residents for a remote, full-time NEMT Scheduling Coordinator position. The role handles high volumes of inbound and outbound calls from members and facilities to schedule non-emergency medical transportation so members can get to essential healthcare appointments. Coordinators provide customer service, understand members’ needs, identify suitable transportation options, and handle escalated or complex interactions. The company provides paid training and the equipment needed for the role. Training includes systems training and live remote training, and attendance is required for all training. The position follows an assigned first-shift schedule covering mornings and afternoons, with an eight-hour shift and client-assigned breaks that may change daily. Schedules are assigned during the interview process and remain permanent. Employees work remotely from Wisconsin and are expected to maintain the availability, professionalism, and focus of an on-site work environment. The home workspace should ideally be a dedicated room with a door, have sufficient workstation space, reliable high-speed internet hardwired from the router to the laptop, and three available power connections. Employees must arrange caregiving during scheduled work hours, avoid personal disruptions, remain reachable and participate in video or phone meetings, and work a 40-hour week without leaving the home office for personal reasons outside scheduled breaks and lunch.
