The Campaign Finance Board (CFB) is seeking a Manager to lead its Neighborhoods Team. This team focuses on building trusted relationships with community-based partners and delivering in-language voter education to communities with historically low voter turnout. The role involves engaging voters who speak a language other than English (LOTE) in priority neighborhoods across New York City. The Manager will oversee a growing team of neighborhood-based Coordinators, manage unique engagement strategies for different geographies, and ensure teams have the resources they need. This position requires close collaboration with the Deputy Director on strategy refinement, budget management, impact measurement, and internal collaborations. The Manager will also cultivate high-profile relationships with coalitions and civic leaders, and be responsible for setting the direction of the curriculum and training content to ensure it is accurate, accessible, and relevant for LOTE speakers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with a high degree of discernment, empathy, awareness, and self-accountability. Passion for making voting inclusive for marginalized communities and an understanding of systemic oppressions are highly valued.
