About The Position

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) to join their team. The NSM will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales objectives, cultivating relationships with prospective homebuyers, and guiding clients through the sales journey. This role involves collaborating with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants, conducting market research, ensuring marketing materials are accurate, maintaining precise records in CRM software, and delivering outstanding customer service. The NSM will also promote First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice.

Requirements

  • At least three years of proven experience in new home sales for a production builder
  • Available to work weekends
  • Excited to collaborate in a team environment
  • Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to complete tasks effectively and on time using the necessary technical tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Minimum capture rate of 80%
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to maintain complete data tracking

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with prospective homebuyers
  • Guiding clients through the entire sales journey, following sales and homebuyer experience processes
  • Collaborating with the Neighborhood Construction Manager and New Home Consultants as a team
  • Conducting market research to stay current on market trends and competitors
  • Ensuring all point of sale and marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling
  • Keeping precise records of all sales activities, including leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in the customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and promptly addressing any concerns or issues
  • Promoting and advocating for First Heritage Mortgage as the lender of choice
