About The Position

This role is for individuals seeking an alternative to retail work, offering the chance to earn between $800-$1,200+ per week with paid training provided and no prior experience required. As a Neighborhood Marketing Representative, you will work outdoors, engage with new people daily, and schedule free painting estimates for homeowners. The primary focus is on initiating conversations and setting appointments, not direct sales of painting services.

• The ability to comfortably walk 3+ miles per day

• A smartphone for using our mobile app

Responsibilities

• Talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Schedule free painting estimates for our sales team
• Represent Midway Painting professionally
• Place neighborhood yard signs
• Track appointments using our mobile app
