About The Position

We are hiring Part-Time Flyer Delivery Contractors to distribute promotional materials door-to-door across neighborhoods in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, and Tipton). This is an independent contractor role with flexible hours, where pay is based on production (per delivery) rather than time. The company is looking for reliable individuals for long-term, part-time work, who are open to on-call opportunities and committed to consistency and quality. Deliveries are made following an assigned route ("map"), and completion is tracked using a smartphone with GPS. Payment is made via direct deposit within 2-4 business days after completing map(s).

Requirements

• Minimum availability of 12 daytime hours per week.
• Comfortable walking for extended periods in different weather conditions.
• Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• A smartphone with GPS capability.
• Dependable, communicative, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Pick up flyers and delivery materials weekly from our designated location.
