About The Position

Direct Impact Logistics is looking for an Owner-Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for furniture delivery routes with basic assembly and drop off service. This role involves performing timely and accurate furniture deliveries, including in-home assembly and installation, and completing scheduled 2-day and 1-day delivery routes. A professional and customer-focused approach is essential throughout each delivery.

Requirements

26-foot box truck with lift gate.
Provide a two-person delivery team.
Must have a complete personal set of tools required for furniture assembly and installation.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Driver must have an active MC and DOT number registered with FMCSA.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture throughout the delivery process.

Nice To Haves

Previous professional experience in furniture delivery, assembly, installation, or a willingness to learn the trade.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining White Glove service standards.

Responsibilities

Perform timely and accurate furniture deliveries, including in-home assembly and installation.
Properly select and use basic hand tools to assemble and install furniture.
Adjust, assemble, and install a variety of furniture items according to manufacturer and company standards.
Safely load and unload furniture while providing a professional in-home White Glove delivery experience.
Complete scheduled 2-day delivery routes & 1 Day Routes.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each delivery.
