About The Position

We are seeking independent contractors to perform timely and accurate furniture deliveries. This role involves in-home assembly and installation, requiring the use of basic hand tools. Contractors will be responsible for adjusting, assembling, and installing various furniture items according to manufacturer and company standards. A key aspect of this role is providing a professional "White Glove" in-home delivery experience, which includes safely loading and unloading furniture. The position involves completing scheduled 2-day and 1-day delivery routes while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• 26-foot box truck with lift gate.
• Provide a two-person delivery team.
• Must have a complete personal set of tools required for furniture assembly and installation.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Driver must have an active MC and DOT number registered with FMCSA.
• Previous professional experience in furniture delivery, assembly, installation, or a willingness to learn the trade.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture throughout the delivery process.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining White Glove service standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate furniture deliveries, including in-home assembly and installation.
• Properly select and use basic hand tools to assemble and install furniture.
• Adjust, assemble, and install a variety of furniture items according to manufacturer and company standards.
• Safely load and unload furniture while providing a professional in-home White Glove delivery experience.
• Complete scheduled 2-day delivery routes & 1 Day Routes.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each delivery.
