Looking for Something Better Than Retail? No experience required. Paid training provided. If you're tired of standing behind a cash register or stocking shelves, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. As a Neighborhood Marketing Representative, you'll work outdoors, meet new people every day, and help homeowners schedule free painting estimates for our team. You're not selling paint jobs—you’re simply starting conversations and setting appointments.

Requirements

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Your own vehicle to get to different areas
The ability to comfortably walk 3+ miles per day
The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
A smartphone for using our mobile app

Responsibilities

Talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
Schedule free painting estimates for our sales team
Represent Midway Painting professionally
Place neighborhood yard signs
Track appointments using our mobile app

Benefits

Earn $800–$1,200+ per week
Base pay plus performance bonuses
Consistent schedule (Tuesday–Friday: 2:00 PM–7:30 PM & Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM )
