About The Position

This Staff Specialist position is within the Workover Rig Operations - Flowback job family. The role completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways and works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. It requires understanding the implications of work and making recommendations for solutions. The position determines methods and procedures for new assignments and may serve as an informal team leader.

Requirements

• Above-average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• More than 2 years of Frac Flowback experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent leadership ability.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Above-average computer skills and flexibility to quickly learn new software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
• Consistently practice safe driving.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including away from home.
• Ability to work proficiently in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds overhead.
