About The Position

The ND Flowback Sr Assistant supports flowback operations by operating pressure vessels, pumps, and filtration equipment; rigging up and down flowback iron; and monitoring wellbore returns. The role uses math to quantify storage tank levels and return rates, and requires ongoing communication with coworkers and a supervisor. The employee reports directly to a supervisor, follows company policies and instructions, works cooperatively, performs under pressure, maintains a respectable image, and cleans and maintains equipment and property. The position requires availability by telephone and the ability to work away from home for multiple consecutive days.

Requirements

• Work 12 or more hours per day for multiple consecutive days.
• Withstand extreme weather conditions throughout all seasons.
• Lift or carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more overhead.
• Co-lift or co-carry objects weighing 100 pounds or more.
• Withstand long periods of repetitive motion.
• Perform standing and walking, swinging hammers weighing 10 pounds or more, pushing and pulling, grasping, foot movement, and climbing.
