Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or HiSET.
- BS or BA in Kinesiology or Biology
- Possess strong computer skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer one year work experience doing EMG
Responsibilities
- Perform electrodiagnostic procedures in Clinic or Hospital.
- Operate electromyography equipment to assist physicians in conducting electrophysiological tests such as nerve conduction studies (NCS), muscle strength, & repetitive stimulation.
- Performs NCSs independently in routine settings.
- Explains the NCS test procedure to the patient.
- Scheduling patients for testing.
