About The Position

This role involves programming for 3 to 5 axis machines using CATIA V5. The programmer will analyze blueprints and job orders, program, test, and revise machine programming. Responsibilities include selecting machine types, tooling requirements, and cutting tool requirements. The role also requires providing on-machine support for program development and performing other related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Program for 3 to 5 axis machines using CATIA V5.
• Analyze blueprints and job orders before programming and compare results with original specifications.
• Efficiently program, test, and revise machine programming.
• Select machine type (3 to 5 axes), tooling requirements (for work holding purposes and part orientation) and cutting tool requirements.
• Provide on machine support for program development.
• Performs other related duties as required.
