We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NC Operator to support precision machining operations and contribute to the production of high-quality components.

Requirements

  • Experience operating NC machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
  • Solid understanding of machine controls and basic programming (e.g., G-code)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Willingness to work either day or afternoon shift

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate NC machines to manufacture parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to guide production
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to confirm quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of NC equipment
  • Communicate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
