Navy Account Executive

Integrate•Washington, DC
•$120,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Integrate is seeking a Navy Account Executive to own and accelerate revenue growth within the U.S. Navy and broader maritime ecosystem. This strategic, relationship-driven role involves building and leveraging relationships across the Navy and maritime industrial base, navigating government procurement, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. The role calls for independent work, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to advance opportunities in a complex and evolving environment. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for Navy accounts, take over and close existing near-term opportunities, and advance an active deal pipeline. The position also develops a network-driven go-to-market strategy, expands Integrate’s presence among senior policy and leadership stakeholders, pursues adjacent maritime opportunities, and works with company leadership to improve the government sales motion. The role provides customer feedback to product and engineering teams and maintains accurate pipeline visibility. The position requires access to information protected by U.S. export control laws. U.S. person status—including U.S. citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, U.S. asylum status, or U.S. refugee status—is required.

  • Expertise with modern sales tools and workflows such as Pryzm, GovWin, and Sam.gov.
  • Comfort operating in a modern startup environment using collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, and Linear.
  • U.S. person status, as defined in the posting, is required for access to export-controlled information.
