About The Position

An effective Program Manager requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need you, a seasoned Program manager who can ensure our Navy organization program achieves success. As a lead Program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding the strategic direction of the Navy organization. Your senior Navy client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Naval market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning and reviewing contracts. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Operations Management
  • 5+ years of experience managing Department of War (DoW) programs and projects, including generating roadmaps and documenting milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Experience working within the Navy’s acquisition leadership structure, which oversees the development, procurement, and sustainment of Navy business systems, or weapon systems and platforms
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating recurring meetings and engagement sessions, including with senior defense officials and key stakeholders, across internal and external teams to maintain program consistency
  • Experience preparing and delivering executive briefings to Flag Officers and executive stakeholders for milestone decisions, performance metrics, program requirements execution, communicate complex findings, and strategy updates
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
