This exciting opportunity is for a Director, Enterprise Platforms and Transformation to lead the delivery and adoption of critical CRM and ATS platforms across Jackson and Coker. In this role, you will act as a change agent and strategic delivery leader partnering closely with executive leaders, business teams, IT, and implementation partners to ensure enterprise platforms are not just implemented, but fully adopted, optimized, and delivering measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience across product management, business systems, or technology delivery.
  • Proven success leading large-scale enterprise platform implementations.
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party implementation partners.
  • Strategic & Business-Minded – You evaluate options, anticipate impacts, and guide teams toward value-driven outcomes.
  • Execution-Focused Leader – You drive results in complex, cross-functional environments with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Change Agent – You’ve successfully transformed teams, processes, or systems and know how to bring others along.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise transformation: Own end-to-end delivery of CRM and ATS implementations across multiple business units, ensuring success against scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes.
  • Drive execution and governance: Establish program governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery discipline across internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product & Technology, IT, and vendors—aligning priorities and driving decision-making.
  • Translate strategy into solutions: Convert business needs into scalable platform capabilities that drive revenue growth, recruiter productivity, and improved customer and candidate experience.
  • Measure impact: Define and track KPIs and ROI tied to platform adoption, performance, and value realization.
  • Manage vendors: Lead and hold implementation partners and software vendors accountable for quality, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Champion adoption and change: Drive organizational readiness, training, and adoption strategies to ensure a successful transition from legacy systems.
  • Enable continuous improvement: Establish post-implementation governance, prioritize enhancements, and ensure long-term scalability and optimization.
