About The Position

Lead end-to-end project delivery for high-priority strategic initiatives, including workplan development, stakeholder alignment, financial modeling, and executive-ready deliverables Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-Suite executives, physician leaders, and board-level audiences, translating complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights. Design and facilitate cross-functional working sessions, steering committees, and governance forums to drive alignment and decision-making across the organization. Build scalable analytical frameworks and models that support repeatable, data-driven strategy across the transformation office portfolio Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges, synthesize insights, and drive practical, data-informed solutions Strong time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once Set goals, effectively anticipate, identify, and resolve roadblocks, and proactively build contingency plans.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration with 5+ years of related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in provider organizations, physician enterprises, health systems, or radiology/imaging services
  • 5+ years of project management experience required
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts, or a strong ability and willingness to quickly learn and apply them in an operational setting
  • Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft consulting-quality deliverables (presentations, memos, business cases).
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player and can drive results
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.

  • Management consulting experience at a recognized firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, ECG, Huron, Guidehouse, or similar) preferred
