The Transformation Office at LS&Co. optimizes transformation projects by developing strategies and driving measurable financial and operational improvements across the organization. The team partners with business leaders to implement strategic projects that enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. As a leader within the Transformation Office, the Director, Transformation Strategy will report to the Sr Director, Transformation Strategy and help shape enterprise-wide priorities. You will structure and scale transformation programs that achieve our structural economics goals including margin expansion, operational efficiencies and supporting growth. The Director will work with teams, including finance, operations, commercial, and technology to ensure executional excellence. We ask that you have a track record in strategy development, financial modeling, and transformation execution. About the Job Drive High-Impact Transformation Projects Help lead enterprise-wide transformation projects that align with financial, operational, and strategic goals. Partner with senior business leaders to assess, scope, and lead important transformation workstreams such as cost optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic growth opportunities. Collaborate with Business Leaders to Improve Structural Economics Define and embed structural economic principles into decision-making, ensuring a focus on contribution margin, cost optimization, and long-term profitability. Develop data-driven frameworks that help senior leadership to assess trade-offs and prioritize high-value opportunities. Provide strategic insights on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market shifts to inform business strategy. Strengthen Governance, Accountability, and Execution Oversight Establish transformation projects, ensuring agreement on financial and operational goals. Implement KPI tracking and reporting to measure progress, impact, and financial outcomes. Enhance Financial Viability and Data-Driven Decision-Making Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to prevent expense creep and reinforce cost discipline, ensuring you protect transformation savings. Apply scenario modeling and predictive analytics to propel-looking insights that enhance transformation outcomes. About You BA/BS degree required; MBA. 7-10 years of relevant work experience, including strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation leadership in a retail or consumer environment. Experience developing strategic projects that create financial and operational impact. Experience working with teams to lead enterprise-wide programs. Financial modeling and data analytics. Proficient in Microsoft, Excel (can perform complex functions),and financial analysis tools. Develop compelling executive presentations materials. Experience with retail, digital transformation, and operational excellence. This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $168,000 - $224,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. We will base the amount an employee will earn within the salary range on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs. Levi Strauss & Co. Requirements
