About The Position

Profuze Barber Kave is seeking a Natural Nail Technician who will also manage front desk operations. This hybrid role involves providing manicure and pedicure services for a diverse, predominantly male clientele, as well as handling client greetings, appointment scheduling, phone calls, and maintaining the front of house. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a men's grooming environment.

Requirements

Licensed Nail Technician with a current Georgia license.
Comfortable and confident serving an all-male, multicultural clientele.
Friendly, professional, and reliable.
Ability to multitask between guest services and hands-on service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of natural nail care products and techniques.

Nice To Haves

Prior salon/spa or customer service/receptionist experience.
Experience with booking software.

Responsibilities

Provide men's manicures and pedicures, focusing on grooming aspects like nail shaping, cuticle care, callus treatment, and hot towel service.
Maintain a clean and sanitized station according to state board standards.
Welcome clients and create a positive first impression.
Schedule and manage appointments using booking software.
Answer phones and messages, and handle client checkouts and payments.
Engage in light retail sales of grooming products.
Keep the lobby area tidy.
