This role is responsible for overseeing vendor performance, supplier partnerships, warranty administration, compliance management, and contract administration across the RISE portfolio. The goal is to ensure that vendors and suppliers supporting the communities perform at a high level, meet company standards, and remain aligned with operational needs. This position sits at the intersection of Vendor Management, Supplier Relations, Contract Administration, Warranty Resolution, Property Operations, and Construction Support. The role involves working closely with Property Management, Maintenance Leadership, Construction Teams, Suppliers, and Trade Partners to ensure the systems supporting operations are effective, compliant, and scalable. The ideal candidate understands that great vendor relationships require communication, accountability, follow-through, and strong operational discipline.
