About The Position

This is a service leadership role at the center of Earthborne’s national service growth. You’ll lead a team of technicians and administrators responsible for keeping equipment running for production-based customers across the country—businesses that depend on equipment uptime to keep their own operations moving. You’ll have the opportunity to build the processes, standards, and team culture that make exceptional service possible at a national scale. This is not simply a role managing an existing department; it’s an opportunity to build and shape a growing national service program. If you’re looking for a leadership position where the systems, processes, and team you build can become the backbone of a growing national operation, this is the opportunity for you.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, Associate degree, or post-secondary education in the transportation, equipment, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably within a service, fleet maintenance, transportation, or heavy equipment environment.
  • A track record of remaining sharp, decisive, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to rally a team and build trust with customers.
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and other business technology.
  • A business-minded approach with the ability to understand and manage budgets, metrics, productivity, and profitability.
