About The Position

The Diagnostic Development Manager of the Uptime Command Center will lead a team of professionals focused on automotive data analytics, campaign and recall execution, and new product launch support. This role ensures the successful delivery of critical business initiatives throughout the vehicle lifecycle, from pre-launch readiness and campaign development through post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement. The Diagnostic Development Manager serves as a key liaison between engineering, quality, service operations, parts and logistics, manufacturing, dealer support, and product development organizations to ensure dealerships are fully prepared to support new vehicle introductions and customer-facing campaigns. The position combines people leadership, operational excellence, analytical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful outcomes for customers, dealers, and the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the automotive or Heavy-Duty industry
  • At least 2 years of management experience
