About The Position

NSRs, with 2 to 3 years' experience, have an on target annual earnings of $75,000 to $150,000+ including a base salary range of $53,500.00 to $60,500.00. Top earners $200k+. As a National Sales Representative, you'll be a trusted partner helping customers discover transportation solutions that truly make a difference.

Requirements

• Driven by results and motivated by uncapped potential
• A strong communicator — persuasive, professional, and confident
• Comfortable handling outbound calls, customer meetings, and presentations
• Experienced in sales (or eager to learn with transferable skills)
• Organized, disciplined, and proactive with follow-through
• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Managing a pipeline of prospects from outreach to close
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal business partners
• Conducting needs assessments and presenting tailored solutions
• Meeting (and exceeding!) revenue, activity, and performance goals
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams
• Maintaining clean CRM records and accurate forecasting
• Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
