About The Position

Drives sales growth, revenue generation, and client retention for the Digital Signage business across nationwide markets. Responsible for actively prospecting new accounts, managing direct customer relationships, executing targeted sales strategies, and cultivating long-term partnerships with key strategic stakeholders. Lincoln Industries and Fourth Wall are expanding its horizons with a new business segment and is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded National Sales Rep to help lead this venture. This role demands a dynamic individual who is aggressive, sales-driven, and eager to drive growth and success in uncharted territory. You will play a crucial role in establishing our presence, building a customer base, and driving revenue.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a new or emerging business segment.
Manage assigned sales territory and drive sales targets accordingly.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or at least 5 years experience in the field or in a related area.
Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
Ability to build immediate rapport with customers over the phone.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing emails and customer mailers.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers in the new business segment.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Generate leads through networking, research, and proactive outreach.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Articulate the value propositions of Fourth Wall’s products and services.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales materials.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Coordinate, communicate and execute detailed plans with internal and external stake holders.
