About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic call center services company. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, cultivating strong customer relationships, and delivering top-tier service. If you’re ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of success (preferably in call center, B2B, or service-based industries).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and professional over the phone and in writing. Must have a strong command of grammar.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: You understand the importance of relationships and delivering value to clients. You speak and think in terms of our clients’ ROI/Benchmarks. You identify which KPIs are of importance to clients in what situations. Know how to speak to buyers about what is important to them.
  • Goal-Oriented: You’re driven by targets and enjoy the challenge of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Problem Solver: You can think on your feet and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment and enjoy sharing insights with others to improve overall success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools to manage sales activities and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that showcase our industry-leading call center services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, providing outstanding customer care and support.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement innovative sales strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Handle company-generated leads, follow marketing initiatives. and place cold calls with equal enthusiasm
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure follow-up on every opportunity.
  • Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence
