Selected candidates will complete approximately 10 weeks of comprehensive training to build foundational sales, product, and systems knowledge. Upon completion of training, standard work hours will be Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM CT. This is a base salary, plus uncapped commission role. P&C License strongly preferred. If you are technologically savvy, can connect and communicate in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to changes, we want to know more about you! As a National Sales Agent, you'll sell new property/casualty coverage over the phone with prospective customers in most states. You'll also provide counseling about insurance needs and product availability. This will include providing quotes, determining eligibility and binding coverage after collecting all related underwriting data and information. You'll specialize in personal lines (auto, home, boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicle, umbrellas, flood) business.
