About The Position

This is a high-impact, fast-moving role with real earning potential for a top-performing, bilingual leasing professional. The National Roving Leasing Consultant will boost occupancy, lead lease-ups, and mentor teams across multiple communities. The role involves driving occupancy growth at underperforming properties, leading lease-up efforts, stabilizing communities, touring prospects, closing leases, and delivering standout customer service. Responsibilities also include managing applications, leases, and move-in paperwork, executing marketing strategies, conducting market surveys, maintaining records, ensuring property readiness, and training/mentoring leasing teams.

Requirements

• Bilingual (REQUIRED)
• 2+ years of multifamily leasing or strong customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to close leases and exceed goals
• Knowledge of Fair Housing & leasing best practices
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Criminal background screening
• Drug screening
• Credit review

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy growth at underperforming properties
• Lead lease-up efforts and stabilize communities fast
• Tour prospects, close leases, and deliver standout customer service
• Manage applications, leases, and move-in paperwork
• Execute marketing strategies & outreach (Craigslist, local partnerships, etc.)
• Conduct market surveys & competitive shops
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi
• Ensure curb appeal & model readiness at every property
• Train, mentor, and elevate leasing teams across your region
