Now Hiring a National Provider to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and support across our multi-site network, ensuring excellence in patient care, operational consistency, and evidence-based substance use and behavioral health treatment.

Requirements

• Post Masters medical training, psych and substance use specialties preferred.
• 3-5 years in substance use with co-occurring mental health and medical treatment; MAT and Withdrawal management
• Strong communication, master of medical intervention and medication management, ability to train, and organized
• MD, NP, PA, with current licensure in at least 1 state we operate in and ability to secure licensure in all states we operate in (or most)

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the quality of the Avenues Medical product
• Provide medical training to facility medical personnel
• Consult with facility providers on high-acute client cases
• Provide coverage for provider time off and on-call as needed
• Audit charting , medical operations workflow, protocol adherence, and medical staff performance to drive quality and efficiency
• Provide risk management through the ongoing review of compliance and payor standards and ensuring its adherence at all Avenues locations
• Maintain ongoing support and engagement between corporate leadership and local facility operations.
• Conduct department development meetings, execute improvement plans, and evaluate progress to inform facility agendas and development project
