About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Product Manager (P&C) to join our growing our growing Product Team! As the National Product Manager, you will play a critical role in making product adjustments to existing products. We’re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented insurance professional with the drive to improve our products. The ideal candidate has the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, but equally capable of taking ownership and delivering independently. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Orion180—including Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience—to ensure products meet company standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.
3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
2+ years of experience managing teams and projects. Proven positive leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage performance.
Familiarity with product life cycles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with form automation tools a plus.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively—both written and verbally—across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and demanding environment.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop strategies informed by research, data, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

Work with internal teams to identify products needing enhancements.
Lead all aspects of desired changes (identifying, planning, and delivery).
Research competitor filings to identify future opportunities.
Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones for related initiatives.
Ensure accurate cross-departmental communication of form changes and implementation timelines.
Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
