About The Position
A growing P&C insurance organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive growth, profitability, and product strategy across a regional or commercial insurance portfolio.
Requirements
- 7+ years of P&C insurance experience
- Product Management, Underwriting, Actuarial, or Pricing background
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
- Experience with insurance pricing, profitability, and risk segmentation
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross functional projects
Responsibilities
- Own product performance, profitability, and growth initiatives
- Lead pricing, market expansion, and product development strategies
- Partner with underwriting, claims, actuarial, marketing, and IT teams
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and business performance
- Drive new product launches, enhancements, and regulatory initiatives
- Mentor team members and influence enterprise-wide strategy
