About The Position

As the largest pure-play fiber provider in the U.S., Frontier delivers blazing-fast broadband connectivity. This role reports to the national consumer sales team and is responsible for improving penetration of our fiberoptic broadband service nationally. We need a proven leader to own the performance and drive results for assigned national partners in our Cross Sell channels. The ideal candidate is a driven sales leader with a knack for building high-performing teams, a problem solver with an innate desire to win, and takes ownership of their team’s success. They have several years of experience in frontline sales and can pivot quickly between hands-on sales coaching and executive KPI reporting. They are just as comfortable in the field talking to customers as they are in reporting YoY results to an executive team. They do everything with excellence and expect the same from their team. A creative thinker who takes responsibility for meeting their numbers even when that means thinking outside the box and trying new approaches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and use metrics to performance manage sales teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and content creation/communication skills
  • Exhibits sound business judgment, and emotional intelligence, and has a proven ability to influence others
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing partners’ sales accounts a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute tactics to improve quality sales performance from assigned mature national partner accounts
  • Design and execute tactics to ramp assigned emerging national partner accounts to optimal productivity
  • Actively identify and onboard new Cross Sell partnership opportunities
  • Recurring assessment of full funnel metrics/KPIs to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned partner accounts
  • Meet/exceed sales quota to ensure optimal fiber customer penetration
  • Design and execute tactics that reduce churn and improve customer experience
  • Develop fresh insights and techniques to reach more households with fiberoptic internet
  • Travel as necessary to each partner account
