This dynamic leader spearheads weekly team check-ins to assess performance metrics, streamline workflows, and evaluate outcomes, ensuring accountability and proactively overcoming any obstacles to success. Working closely with facility leadership, this role acts as the go-to expert for aftercare, driving team excellence and meeting departmental goals while cultivating a supportive and positive work atmosphere. By exemplifying strong leadership, this position ensures alignment with organizational objectives and messaging, champions the training and growth of team members, and rigorously upholds company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. This role is remote based, with travel as needed to our facility locations nationwide.
