Pay varies by role and location and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Listed hourly pay is $22.55–$23.45 for Customer Service, Sales Support, and Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery, and $21.90 for Sales. Other roles have pay ranges listed in their individual job postings. Selling employees may receive commission, with apparel, shoes, and accessories commissions typically ranging from 3% to 14.5%, and Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales commissions typically at 3%.
