About The Position

We are currently looking for a National Guest Experience & Operations Manager to join our team in at Nissan Canada Inc. (NCI) Head Office in Mississauga, ON. This role involves managing various aspects of sales and service operations, guest experience, reputation management, training, vehicle planning, month-end financial reporting, and the Dealer Variable Bonus program. The position also includes annual retailer business planning and direct people management.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in automotive or related retail operations
  • Strong knowledge of retailer operations, financial analysis, and the Canadian automotive market
  • Data visualization skills with working knowledge of Tableau/Power BI highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, with strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, applying market and competitor analysis to address complex, non‑routine business challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Advanced interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional internal stakeholders & Retailers.
  • Ability to study and understand a process and build a plan to improve and execute on it; communicate and present complex, sensitive information clearly through effective listening, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Motor Vehicle Review (MVR) required.
  • Must be Eligible to work in Canada, as NCI does not provide any sponsorships.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Service Operations (covering vehicle and parts/accessories sales)
  • Guest experience, reputation management and training
  • Vehicle planning and allocation
  • Month end close including financial accruals and reporting
  • Managing the Dealer Variable Bonus program
  • Annual Retailer Business Planning
  • Direct people-management responsibility for a small team, including performance management, goal setting, coaching, and career development, reporting to the National General Manager.
