About The Position

We’re looking for fun-loving, energetic superstars to join our Guest Experience Team at the Legoland Discovery Center San Antonio! If you have the magic to create unforgettable, joy-filled moments and want to spread smiles, spark laughter, and make every day feel like an adventure, this role is for you. Join Team LEGO and help create amazing memories for guests.

Requirements

  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
  • Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
  • Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
  • Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Nice To Haves

  • 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
