The National Field Manager (NFM) will manage Field Operations Managers nationwide and has the potential to manage other positions. The NFM will lead the field management team for the entire program nationwide, partnering with the client, client services team, and Talent Acquisition/Onboarding teams overseeing the hiring process of field teams. In addition, the NFM will partner closely with the Internal Operations and Client Operations teams on mass communication needs, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) needs, reporting needs, KPIs, compliance, and bonus measurements for Field Ops Managers. The NFM will also work directly with the Field Ops Managers on weekly priorities for the team and performance management escalations. The NFM will closely manage payroll to ensure unapproved overtime is minimized, ensure hourly budgets and expenses by store are closely monitored, and hold the team accountable to established KPIs.
