Lilly Canada is currently looking for a National Engagement Manager to support its objectives in Oncology, specifically in the Breast Cancer space. The NEM is a marketing, customer facing, field-based role, reporting into the Oncology Commercial Lead, and requires close collaboration with wider cross-functional team both in the office and the field. This role will have high travel demands (up to 60%) across Canada to key centers and is field-based. Residents across Canada will be considered. At Lilly Canada, we have different levels of National Engagement Advisor positions based on the candidate’s experience, background, and qualifications. The expected compensation for this role will be: • Range 2: $91,500 – $122,000 • Range 3: $111,750 - $149,000 This role is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as participation in the Lilly Bonus Program and company car. Location: Toronto, Canada, Remote Strategic Intent: The strategic intent for the NEA role is to strengthen Lilly’s engagement and partnership with leading Canadian Thought Leaders and stakeholders in the breast cancer space, and cultivating relationships with emerging thought leaders. The NEAs main focus will be to develop and deliver solutions to meet Lilly’s commercial objectives in Oncology, create meaningful and differentiating experience for leading thought leaders and support efforts in improving patient outcomes.
