We are looking for a customer-focused, organized, and self-motivated professional to join our Customer Engagement team. As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for candidates pursuing BCSP certifications and designations. In this role, you will provide support by phone and email, process applications and evaluations, and manage pre- and post-examination transactions and records. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and delivering a high-quality customer experience, this could be a great opportunity for you.
