The National Director of Sales is responsible for leading and executing the national sales strategy for Oticon in Canada. This role owns national sales performance across units and revenue and provides leadership to regional sales teams to ensure disciplined execution of strategic priorities. As a key commercial leader, the National Director of Sales partners closely with Marketing, Professional Services, Diagnostics, Strategic Accounts, and Finance to support product launches, manage pricing and discount approvals, coordinate financing and A/R activities, and deliver consistent sales strategy, messaging, and execution nationwide. This role is critical in translating national objectives into regional success while supporting overall P&L performance. National and International travel is required for approximately 50-60% of the role.
