The National Sales Director administers, coordinates, and implements all activities within assigned territory and agents. The incumbent is responsible for the strategic business planning for the segment of the region's business. Provides leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior. He/she generally has wide authority in performing most aspects of the job, such as scheduling his/her own workload and making day-to-day decisions necessary to perform his/her function. The incumbent has no personnel supervisory responsibilities and is not required to recommend or initiate salary adjustments, promotions, terminations, or hires.
